Bad Service

Fnb debt review center is the worst department ever. Why is it so hard to remove accounts under my profile that have been paid off and adjust my risk profile? I have been going to a branch near me for almost 2 weeks now after I received an email stating that a branch can assist me from now on but still the branch will call the Debt Review Center because they are saying the my Risk profile does not allow them to remove those accounts. And they take forever to answer calls.
