Bad serves

I have now since the 23 May been struggling with a faulty FNB device that I have since January it have been in for repairs from 23.05.2016 to 26.05.2016 from 26.05.2016 to 23.06.2016 and on the 27.06.2016 they collected it for a third time and they tell me there is no fault on the device how can there be no fault as if I’m typing and it just goes black still on but u can’t see the screen or just watching a video and not even touching it and it goes of u can hear the music still playing u can press buttons nothing happens and then all of a sudden it comes back on I’m frustrated because I can’t use it but still your debit order is going of I feel it should be replaced or the contract should be cancelled I be refunded and I would radar use a better serves provider that will not give me a faulty device if u would be so kind as to contact me back with an answer because I’m rely tired of not getting any from your rude staff if been to the one branch and not even they can help me.
