bad serivice from FNB Home loans

I have been an FNB client for 16 years, We app**** for a re advance on our home loan to be able to consolidate debt. Consolidating the debt would save us more than R 8000 a month with an increase of R 1250 in our bond. FNB declined the re advance due to affordability. When asked about the consolidation , they simply stated that they do not do consolidation and that we need to be able to afford the loan without the consolidation. How does this help me?? So we need to prove we don't need to loan to get the loan. Great service from FNB who would rather see a customer lose everything than doing their job properly. Well done.
