Bad serivce FNB FICA system

I have had my card blocked since last week and i had to waste money coming in the bank to find out why it was blocked without my permission only to find out the their send FICA sms but somtimes it doesnt go through so its a use less system if they send the sms and no one gets it and you just block my card its a bad service to have
