Bad sales

I was banking with FNB for 13 years, I have a loan with FNB, on the 11 of December 2023 I did settlement for amount that I'm owing FNB, on the 14th of December 2023 I was surprised FNB still debit my money to my bank account. So I don't really know so far what I'm paying for know because I did settle the Loan.
