Bad responses to my queries impacting my banking profile

I have been a client of FNB for more that 10 years. Whilst banking with FNB I have experienced 1) "unknown' debits under R100 coming off my account. This led to me asking FNB to reverse the amounts, which they gladly did but it showed as unpaid on my banking profile, which was negative should I try to apply for anything in the future. I had to close my cheque account and re-open a new account in order to get this issue resolved. 2) My FNB connect sim - The number was ported to MTN without my authorisation and money was ****** from my Capitec Account to the value of R8000. FNB could not explain to me how the port happened and nothing was done about this. 3)I voluntarily went under debt review and my account (which I accepted was downgraded) and my personal banker was taken away from me. I settled the debt review accounts and received a clearance certificate from the FNB Debt review centre. After being removed from Debt review, my FNB profile indicated that my account was not in a good standing and all of a sudden all the benefits (including qualifying for rewards on the ebucks system) were taken away from me.

It is sad to say that despite the number of years that I have been loyal to FNB as my bank, I can say the least about you. When I call the private bank suite I am told that different stories from different consultants. I am sitting with a net value of R96 000, on my FNB profile, never had returned debits on my account or had a negative balance on my account however I now am being treated like the biggest ***** on this planet. Benefits taken away, and when I try to apply for something being told that I am under debt review (I have a clearance certificate) FNB please kindly tell me if this will be a mark against me for the rest of my life or if it is time for my husband (who has an account too with a balance of R150 000 to say good bye to FNB and seek another bank who will see me from a clear state. Please advise if my risk profile rating is going to be reviewed with FNB because on ITC my credit profile is reflecting as green and good or if I am going to have to pack up my "bags" and move on.

I look forward to hearing from you and hopefully i can continue being a FNB client.
