BAD RESPONSE FOR FNB LIVE CHAT

When calling FNB they ask you to use there live chat app I have tried on many occasions to use this and have posed my queries. The last time i got an answer 4 hours later and even then my questions are not answered For a bank that keeps on adverting "how can we help you " this is a very poor show
