Bad reputation for me

I went to the bank to open an estate account and I was told that my letter of authority shows two beneficiaries of which it means it's different to the one at court as I had to go back to Palmridge court and the authorising officer told me that it can never different, the FNB can't access their records meaning I was just sent from pillar to post for no good reason. The bank officials who where helping me are Dikeledi, Ntsiki and Tumi
