I took out a homeloan with fnb of R3M and they offer me 10.4% prime is 9,5%.Fnb is not willing to offer better if we can not get a better offer from a other bank.I have been banking with fnb,personal and business and need a better offering of prime.<br> To apply with a other banks will take time,seller is not willing to wait, and to get the loan approved from fnb took 4 months.<br> <br>
