Bad Private Customer Service from FNB Private Wealth

I have a so called Private Banker at FNB, Khwathelani Mudau and she is not assisting me at all with a query which is almost two months old. She acknowledges that she receives my email but there is no action from her side and no communication. I was on the phone with her Friday, 14 February 2025, she is rude with no telephone or business ethics. I insisted on her giving me her manager's email address and telephone number. She dropped the phone in my ear whilst I am talking to her.
