Bad Pay And Clear Transactions and customer service

l did a pay and clear payment on 11/10/2021 at 10:09am and the money didnt go through l called fnb the next day in the morning and was told to wait for 2 hours. l waited but still no money reflecting. l called FNB again and l was told a call was logged and they gave me a ref number saying someone will call me. today 48 hours later i called again and the agent told me that he sent an email to request for the release of funds and i will get a response within an hour its been 5hrs now no one from fnb has called. So much for how can we help you tag line. Disappointed customer
