Bad Pathetic and ********** Service

I have a cheque account with FNB First national bank and a Life cover which I'm planning to close because it doesnt work for me at all. To my surprise this morning I received sms notifications on an account with a zero balance that fnb had debited 2xR199 imagine now the account is owing R199. My question is how does FNB deduct money from an account with a zero balance.

I want this Life cover cancelled with immediate effect and the 2x R199 reversed.

Fnb will suck you dry especially on the cheque account which im planning to close.

I'm disappointed
