Bad n poor customer service

I went to fnb last week Thursday to downgrade from cheque to savings account. They could not help me they told me about high risks that I don't even know, yet I'm not working anymore due to this covid 19 but I must keep on going back to those long ques n the charges are going up because there's no income anymore.

What do u call that?
