Bad Listing on ITC

Last year I lost my job, one month after I missed a payment on my FNB personal loan, FNB found it befitting to list this particular account as default on both transunion and experian. I started a new job two months ago and paid up the arrears. It's been a mission to get FNB to remove this default. They keep refering me to the credit agencies. Can I have this sorted as it is affecting my credit score very negative. It's not my fault there's no jobs in SA current economy.
