I was contacted by Tsepo who confirmed my credit profile is cleared on both ITC and Experian only to find out its pure lies and embarrassment I got when I applying for a place to stay to be told I have judgement from FNB for an account that was closed currently I dont believe we get taken seriously especially when you are african Tshepi give FALSE feedback to get rid of my complain I ask what Ethics does Fnb employees have how can one of the big five banks take three years to resolve something that take few days to resolve. I feel sorry for those people who still trusts. this bank.I need this resolved asap by Tsepo at legal department his phone rings constantly I called until God knows. I hope Tshepi superior will have the decency to give me proper resolution. God knows I regret the day I set my feet to that bank.
