Bad investigation and service

I am very dissapointed in FNB how they handled my ***** case. I got an sms today my ***** case has been finalized. Really when the consultant told me there is still funds left i told him to tell capitec to freeze that account. He did not. I got n e-mail back tell me it is finalized because there were no funds left.

Really dissapointed.
