Bad Insurance at FNB

I filled an insurance with the FNB it took about 2 weeks to get feedback from the assessor/panel beater and now its been pending for managment approval for the past 2/3 weeks. Each time daily i have to phone in and check for progress. and i am told that its pending for management comment.

No one comes back to provide feedback. I send and email daily to check and query the status, no one comes back to me. I am very sad and unhappy with the attention my claim is getting.
