Bad ***** department service

I lost my money and FNB doesn't care I have been trying to get hold of them and no help is available I request a supervisor as the consultants always don't know what to do to date I have not received a call back nor a mail to acknowledge my request I have few call recording with the consultants Nd no one helped I have send a same mail twice and still no response this is from the 29/11)2022 yet they say the are the best this is horrific
