Bad ***** department

So a week ago my husbands car was broken into money and his wallet with cards were ******. We immediately reported it to FNB and got a ***** case nr the card was also cancelled but yet there are charges that's still going off. The account is in a minus of R1500 and FNB is not doing anything to make this stop. We have screenshots of everything and will be contacting the banking ombudsman FNB is the worst bank when it comes to safety and assisting customers
