I'm not sure who claimed this to be no 1 bank but definitely not its customers app a mess must go in to the bank and confirm everything or they add debit orders without your consent or confirmation switch to discovery and thyme bank at least you are still in control of your hard earned money ditch old banking for a old generation and try the new more rewards and more control less hassle
