Bad FNB service from their estate administration department

My parents have a will with FNB so my dad passed away in March 2021 and by April 2021 my mum and I have already sent in all the required documents they need in order for them to submit to the master of High Court so that they can get to the letter of authority as FNB is our executor. up until today I'm typing this message today as is the 24th of June still we haven't received anything from FNB no communication no progress report on what's happening,I don't know how they expect My mum to survive because with my dad bank accounts are frozen and we cannot access them unless we have the letter of authority FNB is really disappointing

Fnb team.
Yho your service is really really disappointing ???????. How hard is it to get a letter of authority from the master of high court??
Its now 3 months. I gave you
the ID number of the deceased in the first repl but you still not communicating.
How do you expect my mother to live?? She needs to eat,pay school fees for my siblings...the list is endless
They way you treat your customers is really disheartening.
