Bad FNB Service and ********** Debit

FNB has been my favorite bank until recently

1. I was sent to the ATM machine by the FNBhelper at the door to get a Cheque and credit card statement from the ATM... Using both my cards.... only to get home and noticed that actually the credit card also issued a cheque statement as well and was charged over R11.... Following day i went back only then was allowed to use inside laptop to print a statement in Karaglen

2. Secondly two weeks after i bought an item i was charged for dishonor or honoring charge because an excuse the merchase left the money hanging for that long and i used it

3. THIRDLY i rejected an MTN debit order check several times, then boom FNB allows this ********** transaction through without my consent...
