Bad FNB service

Service from FNB is pathetic I can't believe this u firstly spend time speaking to a robot and when u get to a human being they sound sad and heartbroken and drop the call during the conversation. I have made a mistake and need to rectify that with FNB but nobody seems to care. I am disappointed and defiantly taking my hardly earned money somewhere else maybe I will be treated with dignity.
