Bad FNB service

FNB is so useless, I have been requesting them to resolve the available funds problem on my revolving loan for a long time and now I need to use the funds they haven't fixed the problem. Their consultants in the branch and FNB banking app ask me stupid question like did you pay 15% of your loan with the system in front of her.

I'm really disappointed, I get credit somewhere in future.
