Bad Fnb law on call support

I have a hearing in January and i phoned Law on Call. I spoke to Ig an he is very rude! He made me feel like he is supporting the company! Please go listen to how he spoke to me every time i phoned and i did also speak to another lawyer at FNB legal am this women was really treating me in a good manner! Please let someone phone me to help me with my case! I don't have the energy to deal with Ig as i am already stressed out as is!
