Bad FNB FOREX service

FNB FOREX is one of the most expensive and disrespectful companies to use when sending money abroad. It is a pity that I have to communicate through this site due to FNB FOREX laziness to answer my questions. On 29 Oct I send some money and Mabuza Gladness email that I'm over my limit. I reduced as advised. This time they have an electronic rate where the client looses approx 21c per dollar send. The client can accept the rate or decline it and not send the money or wait for a better rate that may never come. Earlier this year FOREX phone the client and tried to obtain a better rate from a FOREX dealer. To send .5 million will cost a person R 6 720,43 at that day's rate plus the other fees that FOREX charge. I emailed Mabuza Gladness to find out if FNB FOREX don't phone the client anymore and if I can still use my FNB card overseas when my limit was finished but received no reply. I email FNB FOREX queries but these people just ignore my valid questions in disrespect. On a previous occasion I received another deduction 1 month after the money was send and FOREX can't give me proof of deduction but email that it was deducted by the other bank. The other bank told me they do not take money for incoming funds. I would like FNB to investigate and give me proof that the money deducted went to the beneficiary bank. Well FOREX the honey dried up and I will send through another company in future.
