BAD FNB, don't get response or calls answered!!!!!

I'm a Private Client banker. Trying to get hold of my private banker and/or Personal loans. What an effort!!! I need to get a FNB PLOAN DebiCheck Debit Order resend to me, because I "rejected" it, which I did not. I am holding on to Personal loans, previously 8 minutes, with no success - and as I am typing now, I'm waiting.........ALWAYS SAYS HIGH VOLUME CALLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's what it ALWAYS says..........................useless........................................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
