Bad exsprience on helping with tracking funds trough them

I accidentally paid an amount into someone account and FNB instructed that I fill in a payment reversal form . They don't help you with all the bank tools and bank power. They can't even fight for the clients . So ya what can I say. Unsuccessful try from fnb
