Bad experiences and worst bank ever

FNB is the worst bank ever ,for all these years i have been banking with them all i ever do is put on a dispute and complain about funds going off my account unauthorised as i even had my card cancelled but the card was still being used by ***** stars,I reported the incident numerous times going in and out of fnb branches and nothing is being done, all my Pay to cell funds are still going through the old account as the account is still active , no one is able to cancel the account which is now messing up with credit score and it’s sooo frustrating that they couldn’t even link everything to the new account and I’m still on a minus on the old account
