Bad experience withFNB

I made on my FNB app a arrangements to pay my arrears of My Covid loan in installments even when te FNB consultant call me I inform er that I made arrangements on my FNB app as it have give me the option to do this arrangement. To my surprise my debit order of my Covid 19 load was deducted double. This issue Ave put me in a financial constrain as FNB does not worry about their costumers.
