bad experience with FNB

Good day. I have been with FNB since 2014 and they closed my business and personal account because of transaction i did on 2rd of July 2022. no one call me from bank regarding the money i received on the 2rd of july, i have done so many transaction after that but in September they frozen my accounts.. I'm a trader and i sell digital assets in exchange of rands, i wouldn't know the kind of money my client are sending me because most of my client contacted me via my website. I called FNB and i was told to talk to investigator Bongani, i call the him thousands of times but he never answer his phone and he never call me back. i went to police station in Bedfordview to open a case explaining what happen and the officer told me to send the case to FNB which i did, few days later Bongani write me via email that they have terminated my account and they wont do business with me anymore...this's totally unprofessional and unfair to me..
