Bad experience with fnb

In 2019 i app**** for covid relief loan at fnb which the money was supposed to pay my debts direct, i saw the money in my account but it was not accessible each month they started to debit the money for the loan after few months the debtors started calling me saying i haven't paid i tried sorting this with fnb tried calling them i still can't get help till today and it reflects on my credit score i stopped using their account because what's the point of paying for a loan that i didn't use the money or the money was not allocated to the debtors i feel like this is a big ***** please help me.
