BAD EXPERIENCE- WITH FNB!!!!!!

You guys are the worst! i app**** for an overdraft was approved. got the sms, got the inContact message, went on to proceed to utilize the account, only to see it was not loaded with the funds. been to various departments- first agent mentioned it was not active, i need to speak to the FICA dept, went to the FICA dept, they said it is active. went on to another dept, holding on for the past half hour to chat to someone and the agent named "Andrew" keeps sending me an automated message, stating "Hi- we will be with you shortly". what sort of messed up service is this?
