Bad Experience with ***** department

FNB has put my Business account on hold, I went to the branch I was assisted but not sorted on the ***** department. My account was put on hold not even a single can to alert me that they suspected ***** which I don't even understand how because the funds are coming from the same account and it's also FNB, worse part they don't even allow me to call the person that assigned on my case they said he will call me once the investigation is done, not even an estimated time. I tried calling the ***** department with no luck, used online chat with no luck. I'm stuck now I can't access my account. Can I be assisted in this matter.

It's very urgent as I use this account to pay staff and they are due on Friday
