Bad experience

Hi, Im an former employee of FNB eBucks Lifestyle Travel. Im very confused and unhappy for the past 3 weeks Ive been trying to reach HR Shared Services for my UI119 to claim at Labour...Ive have been driven from pillar to post number after number, branch after branch, reference after reference. I have been told that my branch were I used to work is closed...surely there is someone who can help.
