Bad experience

FNB has really tarnished my name, I it has been over 2 years now, trying to clear my name I've never banked with em nor have any personal banking relationships with em, but they say I have a revolving loan of which they even confirmed It is identity theft case, even after providing em with the docs they asked for they still failed to clear my name, my credit score keeps on getting weaker and weaker as I cannot pay for the money I know nothing of,FNB has really failed me even after countless times Ive tried to resolve this matter with em, this bi**their ***** department keep on telling me, I should wait for 2 weeks for them to call me, when the 2 weeks elapses and I call them again, they say nobody called now that I have called, I should wait 2 weeks again.
