Bad Experience

The business banking department from FNB are the worst ever. My husband struggled with the opening off his account, and now im struggling aswell. Fica documents have been send in more that once but still the account is frozen. I was called and asked to submit the documents again. Which i did. I was promised feedback but still im waiting how long does it take FNB to open a account.
