Bad experience at FNB

If I could award 0 stars I would. Me and husband visited your branch at Randburg Square. We were assisted by the second in command manager Lebo. She basically told us to go away after we explained that we can't get hold of your credit card department. My husband is requesting a refund on his credit card since he over paid. Credit goes to Tshehla, who tried his best to assist even though it's not resolved. Lebo really should not be managing. We are not happy
