Bad experience and totally unacceptable

I app**** for personal loan at FNB App. I qualified and a qoutation and pre agreement was send to me. Before i accepted the qoute i wsnt tp first read the pre agreement so i went out of the Fnb app I read the pre agreement and then when I logged in to the FNB app my loan offer is gone. When i phoned them they told me I must accept my loan. I ingorm them that i just want to read the agreement. And on the first line of the agreement it is stated that this agreement is valid for 5 days. I am very upset and that is not acceptable that I have time to read thrpugh the documents. I need an good answer for FNB not doing as stated on their agreements that is totally not acceptable as the loan is important for me. So how can you qualify and 3 hours later everything is gone.
