Bad experience and service

They are not reliable and can't keep promises.i was told that I will receive my retirement annuity on the 26th of December only to find out its a lie. I have to wait another 7 days for my money. It's like I am begging them to give me money. It's the worst bank ever

Fnb is one of the worst bank in South africa when it comes to service. I also logged a card with them even now I am still waiting for feedback regarding the dispute. Re: Card dispute- Account *** - [REF:***]

I cancelled my retirement annuity and I was told that I should wait atleast 40 days to make a withdrawal of which I did. I was also told that I will get my money on the 26th of December but that was not the case because you guys can't keep your promise

Even now I am still waiting for feedback from fnb regarding my withdrawal. Why do I have to wait more than 40 days for my money. I was not informed about this when I took out this product. I will never ever take any product from fnb again. I am going to move my accounts to another

Fnb it's like a **** when you buy their product they don't say anything but when its time for withdrawal you will hear all sorts of stories. Please give me my money

Like I said fnb is ****ming us. I am still waiting for my retirement annuit withdrawal since the 26 of December. Even now I haven't received any communication from fnb. I am begging them to give me my money.

Besides the first complaint I am still waiting for this dispute to be resolved I was told it will be resolved within 7 days already seven days has passed. Re: Card dispute- Account *** - [REF:***] - fnb is taking me for granted

Fnb Is still refusing to give me my withdrawal amount from retirement annuity. Last week they promised to get back to me but they never did
