Bad experience and not happy with the assistance at all

I had a ****ty or let me rephrase that, I am having a ****ty experience with fnb consultants. I app**** for a personal loan on the 2nd,even today I am still waiting for the funds, when I call to check what is happening with the funds, I just get back and forth silly explanations.. Really really frustrated client.. And I have been with fnb Bank for more than 8years
