Bad Experience and I even bank with them. Lost client

Bad experience with fnb, last year I opened a easy zero debit with fnb and I was told that everything will ne easy. Now everytime I want to withdraw my money I cant, because I reach my limit. I must withdraw after 24 hours. Imagine with my money. I went to the branch to cancel the consultant told it was canceled but hey not, I called them to cancel and nothing, today im struggling again to withdraw money using this easy zero card. I'm so frustrated with FNB. I dont think I will bank with then
