Bad experience

My mother and her fellow signatories of their burial society went to fnb Landrose mare Polokwane. Pensioners arrived early in the morning were the first to get inside for bad service. How can you expect pensioners to use bank app? They were doing up and down from 09h00 am till 15h30 without having a lunch. It is unfortunate because only that branch offers in house service or maybe your service exclude pensioners? Let them so they can move their funds somewhere you better improve your services, please
