bad experience
Received a phone call from the relations dept on Friday, they found it was ***** and because I am so long with FNB, they will offer me only 40% (R4000.00) back, I do appreciate the effort but do understand, I have lost R12000.00 and they only willing to pay back R4000.00. sad but not acceptable

Next move is to change my bank and take as many people with me, they know who to take money from you but do know how to give it back, they don't know what service mean.
