Bad experience

Bad experience. I took a loan in 2020 and I did nt skip the month now am done paying the loan they are coming with arrears with interest of which I do nt now where does these arrears comes from. They did nt tell me till the last month of the payment of the loan. They were unfair to me and am so disappointed
