BAD EXPERIENCE

We have a business account with FNB but we have the worst experience the worst service. No help from their ***** department they told us to wait for their investigations department to contact us after we sent money to someone pretending to be a car dealer,that was February 2023 this is June no one has till now,everytime l call to ask a follow up am told the same statement.l am not sure where to go to really get the help l need. I went to the police and even got the affidavit and sent to them yet nothing was done about it. My list of complains with this bank to be honest can go on and on its been one thing after another.
