Bad Experience

FNB offered me a Gold Cheque account I accepted it and I requested for the card to be delivered to Century Canal Walk branch agent that was assisting me she confirmed I can go and get the card only to find out that branch is closed I wasted my time going up and down to get the card what ****es me of f is that why the was no one to call me and advised that the branch is closed so where must I get the card now, with this I'm going to the social about I even called the contact center noxy advised cannot assist in taking my address getting the card delivered to me so I'm not happy at all with fnb I won't recommend this bank to anyone
