Bad experience

So my salary gets paid into my account on the last day each and every month , on the 30 of July my salary was reflecting in my account as the last say was the very next day.

I went to an ATM withdrew some cash from my account and like every normal person would do purchase my monthly things and withdrew a few times again.

With all my purchases and withdrawals I got text notifications because I have cellphone banking activated on my cellphone.

Last Saturday when I checked my account I was in a -R1045 thinking that maybe the direct debit I had set up on my account came out this month when I agreed to have it taken out in September nevertheless I thought I'll call up the company I have the direct debit set up with and have it canceled as I requested for the first payment to be taken on the 1st of September , two days later my account showed -R2800 and this became alarming because the company that I contacted advised that they didn't request any monies from my account and thats when I went to my nearest branch immediately! The consultant at the Epping branch didn't look like she knew what she was doing and explained to me that I was making withdrawals from my account for money that's wasn't available , my next question was HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE???? I was withdrawing what was in my account and going according to the notifications they sent me!

I then went to their branch in Claremont today and got the very same answer oh and bearing in mind that my account now shows that its in -R3220 my last withdrawal from the account was on the 02.08.2017 so how can this "minus " increase on a 2 day basis , I want answers from FNB!!

Oh && to top it all off the two consultants had the nerve of telling that I should calculate all my withdrawals and compare it to the what's in my account on a daily basis. Well guess what FNB stop sending your people false notifications and send out accurate information , because my trust is in you to give me that accurate information and not tell me a week later that my account is in a -R3220!
