Bad elderly treatment by call center

We have been sitting in the bank since 9 and the ladies have been trying to assist us but unfortunately they can't because all things have to be done through a call center and from 9 until now which is 11 still no answer. My elderly sister is now sleeping on the counter. This is so unexceptable. Shame on FNB treating their elderly so bad
