BAD decision ever

I moved to switched to FNB acc. I've been to the branch to collect my card and activate ebucks acc to my surprise I have not been accumulating any. Now, I'm told it is because my account is not activate. How though when I'm on a gold account and was at the branch to activate my ebucks account. I want my credits.. FNB is a joke shame
